Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Submit an application for a solid waste facility permit to San Joaquin county <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> b. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1 105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank <br /> system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test <br /> that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or <br /> E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Submit an application for a solid waste facility permit to San Joaquin county, <br /> Enviornmental Health Division. <br /> d.
