The project will include 10,560 square feet of existing <br /> structures and the construction of a 960 square foot modular administration office. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-20 (General Agriculture, 20-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture) OS/RC (Open Space Resource Conservation). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of State Route Highway 99 W. Frontage Road, 700 feet <br /> south of Winery Road, north of Lodi (APN/Address: 013-220-35, 18621 N. State Route 99 W. Frontage Road, Acampo) <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than July 29, 2008. Comments or recommendations received after that date <br /> would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
