Frontage Road, Acampo <br /> General Plan: A/G, OS/RC Community: <br /> Zoning: AG-20 APN: 013-220-35 <br /> Project Size: 32.6 acres Parcel Size: 32.6 acres <br /> Water Supply: Private well Sewage Disposal: Septic system <br /> Storm Drainage: Retention pond or terminal drainage to Mokelumne River <br /> 100-Year Flood: Yes <br /> Williamson Act: No Supervisorial District: 4 <br /> Staff: Kerry Sullivan CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Project Description <br /> The proposal is to establish a church facility in three phases on a 32.6-acre parcel located adjacent to <br /> the north bank of the Mokelumne River. The first phase of the project is composed of the construction <br /> of a 25,000-square-foot worship education building seating 600, along with site development including <br /> 233 parking spaces. The second phase of the project is composed of the construction of a 12,000- <br /> square-foot building for offices and classrooms, expansion of the church to include a total of 990 seats, <br /> and expansion of the parking area to include a total of 442 parking spaces. The third phase of the project <br /> is composed of the construction of a 12,000-square-foot multi-purpose/recreation building. A footbridge <br /> is also proposed within the riparian woodland area. <br /> The facility is proposed to operate for three hours every Sunday morning (employing five people), three <br /> hours during occasional weekday evening meetings (employing two people), and unspecified hours for <br /> miscellaneous weekday daytime meetings (employing two people). The applicant states that the weekday <br /> evening meetings will draw approximately 200 people, and the weekday daytime meetings will draw about <br /> 50 people, in addition to the employees.
