Highway 99,Acampo The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the o� area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of $186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1115.7). C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two t/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). E. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
