The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department and the Department of Public Works. A waste water treatment plant study <br /> acceptable to the Department of Public Works and San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> I Iealth Department is required prior to the approval of the improvements plans of any work <br /> within the site (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> B. The existing well on this parcel may be utilized if further water quality testing is conducted <br /> per California Code of Regulations, Title 22,ant] the California Health and Safety Code, <br /> Section 116525 through 116570- Applicant shall make application to Environmental Health <br /> Department for a public water system with the appropriate fee as provided in the California <br /> Health and Safety Code, Section 116570 prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> NOTE: The site is currently undergoing site mitigation activities for the abandoned underground <br /> storage tanks with oversight by Environmental Health Department. In addition, the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board is still overseeing the clean up of salt <br /> impacts to groundwater related to the previous operation of this site and surrounding <br /> properties. <br />
