1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) has been prepared <br /> by Live Oak GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (Live Oak) at the request of Amar Mathfallu. <br /> The subject of this investigation is the property located at 18787 and 18915 North <br /> Highway 99 West Frontage Road, Acampo, California. The San Joaquin County <br /> application number has not yet been assigned. <br /> 1.1 About the SSCR <br /> The SSCR is a document specific to San Joaquin County that aims to identify <br /> sources of on-site or off-site contamination affecting the Site, both current and <br /> past. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department will review this <br /> information as part of a land use application for the Site and may request action <br /> to address any contamination identified. The SSCR is designed for this specific <br /> use. Live Oak prohibits use of the SSCR by any other parties and for any other <br /> purpose, including but not limited to making business or health risk <br /> determinations. The client is encouraged, however, to seek further information <br /> and take steps to remedy any contamination that may be present on the Site. <br /> Per San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department policy, this report_is <br /> only valid for six months from its date of completion. The land use application <br /> must also be submitted to San Joaquin County_within_six months of the <br /> completion of this report for the SSCR to remain valid. <br /> 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The Site consists of Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 013-220-16, approximately <br /> eight acres in size. It is located at 18787 and 18915 North Highway 99 West <br /> Frontage Road, Acampo, California. The Site consists of agricultural land with a <br /> house located on the Frontage Road. A domestic well and an irrigation well <br /> supply water to the Site. A small shed and a shade structure are located on the <br /> Site as well. A location map and a site map are attached to this report as Plates <br /> 1 and 2 in Appendix 1. Photographs of the Site are attached as Appendix 2�_D <br /> 2.1 Zoning <br /> The San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site states <br /> that the Site is zoned AG-20, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of <br /> 20 acres. This zoning designation "is established to preserve agricultural lands <br /> for the continuation of commercial agricultural enterprises." <br /> LOGE 1416 1 <br />
