Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. The study should demonstrate and provide design criteria for ultimate classroom and <br /> [ ` student population for this parcel must be performed rior to issuance of a bus ing perms as <br /> required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate <br /> loading study is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. This facility has an existing permit to operate a Public Water System as provided in the <br /> California Safe Drinking Water Act. Prior to amending the Public Water System Permit <br /> issued by this Division, this facility shall provide the following information: <br /> (1) Per California Health and Safety Code, Section(s) 116550 and 116570 the owner shall <br /> make application to this Division to change or modify its source of water and pay the <br /> appropriate fees. <br /> (2) The proposed source shall have a legally recorded easement that it is contiguous to the <br /> existing parcel for maintenance and operation of t 's prop�d-s-purc,eand distribution in <br /> h <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
