North 99 Frontage Road East has an existing right-of-way width of 56 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 56 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach, unless already paved, in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application.
