The Zone Reclassification, which was filed concurrently with General Plan <br /> Amendment No. GP-93-7, reclassified the zoning from AG-40/AG-20 (General Agriculture, 40-acre <br /> minimum and 20-acre minimum) to I-L (S.10) (Limited Industrial). The S.10 following the zone classification <br /> indicates that there is conditional zoning. The conditional zoning placed two conditions on the five parcels. <br /> The applicant is proposing to eliminate Condition 1., which states that any new development project on the <br /> parcels shall be served by public water, wastewater treatment, and drainage systems. Condition 2., which <br /> will remain in effect, states that any new or expanded industrial use shall require documentation of no <br /> increased demand upon the water supply available as of April 2, 1991, in accordance with the intent of <br /> County Water Policy R-91-973. Only one 7.55-acre parcel will be affected by this application.
