Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> /A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is <br /> contamination, corrective action shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred <br /> with by Environmental Health prior to recordation of Final Map. San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). <br /> A review fee of$210.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> B. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> t' Section 13260). <br /> NOTE: <br /> V- This facility is currently regulated by the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) for <br /> 4 Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR). Routine monitoring requirements are satisfied by the <br /> �� facility under WDRs. The proposed land use application will not change this status. <br /> y1 <br /> C. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to final map recordation. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> NOTE: <br /> This facility is currently permitted with the Environmental Health Department (EHD)for a Waste <br /> Water Treatment Plant. The proposed land use application will not change this status. <br />
