c. Notice of historic flooding shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map and by a recorded <br /> Notice of Subdivision Restriction. The statement shall read as follows: <br /> (1) This parcel is subject to historic flooding. Any future habitable construction snail be required to <br /> have a finished floor elevation of a minimum of three feet above the immediate adjacent natural <br /> grade and meet the requirements of Development Title Section 9-,1605, <br /> NOTE: This<property is subject to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector <br /> Control District(209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes.V_Best Management Practices guidelines for storm water devices, ponds, and wetlands <br /> are available; <br /> 4. ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Lisa Medina, 468-3455) <br /> a. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination report <br /> identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current <br /> land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, including <br /> agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources such as fuel storage tanks, septic <br /> systems, or chemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is contamination,corrective action <br /> shall be taken as recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-905.12[a][c]) <br /> A review fee.of$210.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to Environmental Health. <br /> b. An application_for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water-Quality Control Board prior to development. (California Water Code,Article 4, Section 13260) <br /> NOTE: This facility is currently regulated by the Regional Water Quality Control Board for Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements (WDR). Routine monitoring requirements are satisfied by the facility under <br /> WDRs. The Proposed land use application will not change this status. <br /> c. The sewage;disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to final map recordation. (Development Title Section 9-1110.5) <br /> NOTE: This'.facility is currently permitted by Environmental Health for a Waste Water Treatment <br /> Plant. The pfoposed land use application will not change this status. <br /> d. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. A letter <br /> shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or are in place <br /> prior to final approval. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> NOTE: This;facility is currently permitted as a Small Community Water System with Environmental <br /> Health.
