The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, including <br /> agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources such as fuel storage tanks, septic <br /> systems, or ehemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is contamination, corrective action <br /> shall be taken as recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-905.12[a][c]) <br /> A review fee,.bf$210.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to Environmental Health. <br /> b. An applicatiop for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board prior to development. (California Water Code, Article 4, Section 13260) <br /> NOTE: This-facility is currently regulated by the Regional Water Quality Control Board for Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements(WDR). Routine monitoring requirements are satisfied by the facility under <br /> WDRs. The proposed land use application will not change this status. <br /> i <br /> c. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to final map recordation. (Development Title Section 9-1110.5) <br /> NOTE: Thisfacility is currently permitted by Environmental Health for a Waste Water Treatment <br /> Plant. The proposed land use application will not change this status. <br /> d. This project$pall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. A letter <br /> shall be suboitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or are in place <br /> prior to final Approval.
