Water Permit Application. <br /> (a) Within 30 calendar days of receipt of an application for a permit or petition for permit <br /> modification pursuant to Section 40119 or 401910, Health and Safety Code,the Department <br /> shall inform the applicant in writing that it is either complete and accepted for filing or that it is <br /> deficient and what specific information or documentation is required to complete the application. <br /> An application is considered complete if it is in compliance with the requirements of Section <br /> 401211,Health and Safety Code. For proposed water system improvements, new water systems <br /> or a"project" as defined in Section 15378, Title 14, California Administrative Code where <br /> environmental documentation is required, a copy of such documentation shall be included in the <br /> application. <br /> (b) Within 90 calendar days from the date of filing of a completed application, the <br /> Department shall inform the applicant in writing of its decision regarding an application. <br /> §64002. Processing Time. <br /> The Department's time periods for processing an application from the receipt of the initial <br /> application to the final decision regarding issuance or denial of a waterpermit based on the <br /> Department's actual performance during the two years preceding the proposal of this section, <br /> were as follows: <br /> (a) The median time was--7.5 months <br /> (b) The minimum time was-4.5 months <br /> (c) The maximum time was--85.5 months <br /> §64197. Service Connection Fee'. <br /> (a) Each public water system serving at least 200 service connections shall pay to the <br /> Department a one time fee of fifty cents ($0.50) for each service connection it serves. The fee <br /> shall be submitted to the Department no later than Apri13 0, 1991. <br /> (b) The fee shall be based on the number of service connections previously reported to the <br /> Department for the calendar year 1989. <br /> 9 Section 4011 has been recodified to 116525. OAL has been notified of this by request for a <br /> "change without regulatory effect". <br /> 10 Section 4019 has been recodified to 116550. OAL has been notified of this by request for a <br /> "change without regulatory effect". <br /> 11 Section 4012 has been recodified to 116530.
