The mean annual rainfall,based on data from Lodi weather station, is 17.57-inches per year. <br /> 26 All portions oz the Arbor lvirt� are outside of the 100-year flood zone. <br /> 27. Stormwater that falls on the site is collected and discharged to a stomwater storage pond. <br /> 28. The site lies within the Lower Mokelumne Hydrologic Area No. 531.20, as depicted on <br /> interagency hydrologic maps prepared by the Department of Water Resources in August 1986. <br /> 29. According to the Soil Conservation Service's Soil Survey of San Joaquin County, surface soil at <br /> the wastewater treatment facility consists of Kingdon fine sandy loam, alluvium derived from <br /> granitic rock sources. <br /> 34. The topography of the site and surrounding area is fairly level. Elevation of the site is <br /> approximately 60 feet above mean sea level. <br /> 31.. The Discharger states that groundwater occurs approximately 50 feet below ground surface based <br /> on information from a nearby site. <br /> 32. Potable water for the MHP is provided by an on-site well. Water quality samples were collected. <br /> on 30 May 2001.
