By 4 September 2003,the Discharger shall submit a workplan for the characterization <br /> 01 gLvundwater quality at tile disposal area. The workplan shall <br /> be consistent with, and include the items listed in,the first section of Attachment C, <br /> `Items to be included in a Monitoring Well installation Workplan and a Monitoring <br /> Weld.Installation Report of Results," <br /> d. By 28 February 2004,the Discharger shall submit a groundwater well installation <br /> report. The report shall be consistent with, and include the items listed in,the second <br /> section of Attachment C. <br /> e. By 30 June 2005,the Discharger snail submit a Groundwater Quality Study.[deport. <br /> For each groundwater monitoring parameter/constituent identified in the Monitoring <br /> and Reporting Program, the report shall present a summary of monitoring data from <br /> each monitoring well. Determination of groundwater q-1 ty shall be made using, the <br /> methods described in Title 27, Section 20415(e)(10), and data from at least four <br /> consecutive quarterly(or more frequent) groundwater monitoring events. <br /> f If the Groundwater Quality Study Deport shows that groundwater exceeds <br /> Groundwater Limitations,then within 120 days of the Executive Officer's request the <br /> Discharger shall submit a technical report in the form of a Wastewater System <br /> Evaluation Report and Lrnpxernsntataon ,Wvr plan.
