Hwy 99, Acampo <br /> The Environmental Health Department has the following concerns on this pre- <br /> application that need to be addressed: <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use <br /> shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for septic system usage. The studies shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of the General Plan Map <br /> Amendment application. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A review fee of $490.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $98.00 <br /> per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department has no other conditions to impose at this <br /> application stage; however, future development will have conditions or requirements <br /> pertaining to water and sewage. <br />
