Hwy 99, Ripon <br /> Attention: Jason Jones <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies must be submitted at the time of application for the General <br /> Plan Amendment to the Environmental Health Department. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$490.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted at the time of application for the General Plan <br /> Amendment to the Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br />
