State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Ripon <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as <br /> follows: Install new cement slab surface seal around well casing <br /> b. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the <br /> above ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze <br /> the contents for any hazardous material. You can obtain specific test <br /> requirements from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> d. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA identification <br /> number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> e.
