SA-93-10 <br /> of PETE 6 E. A. PEROS/HEN CANTU <br /> -------------------------------------------- <br /> This is a Site Approval Application to establish a contract sugar <br /> beet harvesting service, involving the storage and maintenance of <br /> associated equipment and supplies. The site is located on the east <br /> side of State Route 99, East Frontage Road, 2000 feet southeast of <br /> Austin Road, northwest of Ripon. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval is for an existing sugar beet harvesting <br /> service, involving the storage and maintenance of <br /> associated equipment and supplies. The area to be used <br /> for outside storage of the related equipment shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. There shall be no outdoor <br /> storage of supplies associated with the approved use as <br /> a part of this approval. This approval includes the <br />
