Hwy 99 /W. Frontage Rd., Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department at the time of submittal of the General Plan <br /> Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification Application, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review <br /> fee of$650 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. <br /> Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of $130 per percolation hole is required. <br />
