Martin, Associate Planner <br /> SUBJECT: USE PERMIT NO. UP-92-7 OF EARLENE AND D. LUND (C/O <br /> MICHAEL J. MATTEUCCI) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 7 The Development Services Division has reviewed the above project <br /> and offers the following comments: <br /> The County History pages indicate that the mobile home park and <br /> the proposed RV storage yard are on two separate parcels. The <br /> mobile home park and the proposed RV storage uses cannot stand <br /> alone with regard to septic service and internal circulation. <br /> If the project does exist on two lots, then a merger will be <br /> required. If the applicant can show that the two lots are <br /> actually one lot, then a merger will not be refired. To show <br /> that the project includes only one lot, the applicant must submit <br /> a title history beginning prior to 1961. The title history <br /> should be submitted prior to October 31, 1991. <br /> The following is a tentative list of recommended conditions from <br /> the Development Services Division: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any Building Permits. <br /> Those conditions followed by a section number or other statutory <br /> requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A merger is required. <br /> b. All driveway and maneuvering areas of the proposed RV <br /> storage area shall be paved with asphaltic concrete over an <br /> aggregate base. The stalls used for RV storage shall be <br /> surfaced with gravel or aggregate. (Section 9-3704 [a] ) <br />
