Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> RE: RV Storage <br /> UP-92-7 <br /> Lodi Linds Airport <br /> Dear Mr. Martin: <br /> Thank you for referring the above application to the San Joaquin County Airport <br /> Land Use Commission for review and comment. State law requires certain projects <br /> within an airport area of influence to comply with all restrictions in the ALUC's <br /> Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> Thisproject is located approximately 625 feet from the Lodi Linds main runway. <br /> This location falls within the transitional surface and primarily within the 60dB <br /> CNEL noise contours. The southwestern corner of the property falls within the <br /> 65dB CNEL noise contour. Copies of the relevant maps are enclosed. <br /> At this location, the proposed use is compatible with the airport for both height and <br /> noise concerns. The RV storage is not a noise sensitive use, so the high level CNEL <br /> does not impact the project. Provided that structures (RVs,buildings or other) do <br /> not exceed 12.5 feet in height, the storage area will also conform to the height <br /> limitations in the Airport Land Use Plan. The proposal appears to keep within this <br /> height restriction. However, if structures exceeding this height limit are proposed, <br /> the FAA form 7640-1 must be filed. The ALUC recommends thatf this form-is - <br /> require-d, the County require the pF1R"nkacoriplY%ri lr fii} estirctic s imposed <br /> -The applicant should contact the ALUC to receive a copy of this form. <br /> Provided that the above conditions are met, ALUC staff finds this application in <br /> conformance with the Airport Land Use Plan.
