If contaminates are found, the well <br /> shall be destroyed under permit and guidelines of the San Joaquin County Well Standards. <br /> E. A public water system shall be constructed to the requirements of the Environmental Health <br /> Division and the Department of Public Works. The water system shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> NOTE: If a new well is drilled,it shall be sealed 100' (100 feet) past total depth of existing <br /> contaminated well. <br /> F. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> G. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br />
