Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., <br /> Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department cannot support the use of a well on a <br /> neighboring parcel in violation of the San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.8(b). <br /> E. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> F. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected <br /> in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior <br /> to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental <br /> Health Department. A $186.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> G. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> H. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br />
