St. Rt 99 W. Frontage Road nor 3231 E. Spiess Road'. <br /> The Undetgrouttd Storage Tank Site Mitigation List,dated December 20,2005,and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites <br /> hst,dated July 20, 2004,were reviewed at the EHD on January 19, 2006. No listed sites were found <br /> within one-quarter mile of the subject property. No records were found for the subject property. <br /> /The UST Program Facility Inwntory by Facility Name,dated April 11,2001,was also searched it the FHP <br /> on January 19,2006, for the name of Silva. No records were found for the subject property. <br /> 3.1.3 San Joaquin County OiEce ofEmergency Services <br /> ` Y/The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES)web site'was searched on January 18, <br /> 2006, in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject <br /> property.
