Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of ParceVFinal <br /> Map(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is <br /> required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: All percolation tests are to be conducted in areas of proposed engineered septic systems. Prior to <br /> approval of percolation tests, a Parcel Map shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department with dimensions of septic area required by percolation tests under the San Joaquin <br /> County Sewage Standard 10:3.4. <br /> B. A review fee of$465.00 shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department along with <br /> engineered designed criteria for the proposed sewage disposal system for each parcel for review and <br /> approval by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1105.2). <br /> C. A sewage disposal area is indicated by the septic tank soil suitability study and/or percolation tests <br /> must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivisions improvement plans(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> D. Due to elevation and topographical conditions, engineered designed septic systems are to be installed <br /> under permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department with the current fee of <br /> $600.00(San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.3). <br />
