(Development Title Section 9-1020 . 6) <br /> —i . -SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with <br /> the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, <br /> including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in <br /> height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet <br /> of a dedicated street or residential zone shall <br /> not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the <br /> adjacent screen. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements <br /> apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) For new driveways, driveway width at the ultimate <br /> right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. <br /> The design of the driveway shall allow trucks to <br /> enter and exit the property without entering into <br /> the opposing lane of traffic. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to <br /> this project: <br /> (1) Noise levels at the property line of property <br /> developed residentially, shall be no greater than <br /> 65 db Ldn. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1025. 9 [a] _1] or 505 . 6 [c] ) <br /> (2) This project shall comply with the performance <br /> standards specified in Table 9-1025 . 9 of the <br /> Development Title. <br />
