Should installation of these improvements prove not practical due to existing <br /> physical constraints, the owner/developer should enter into a Deferred Improvement <br /> Agreement whereby the owner/developer agrees to install the required improvements at <br /> such time as it is practical. <br /> 4. The proposed "overflow parking area" should be paved with all-weather surfacing to <br /> avoid tracking mud or dirt onto the public roadway. <br /> 5.
