Hwy 99,Stockton <br /> The Environmental Health Department has the following concerns on this pre-application that <br /> need to be addressed. <br /> Q A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A review fee of$475.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> C. If hazardous material is generated, submit application for a hazardous waste generator permit <br /> to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> D. If hazardous material is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br />
