Hwy 99, Stockton <br /> All conditions of approval shall be complied with as stated in the report, dated August 15, 2007. <br /> A. Show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. If additional/phased development requiring sewage disposal is proposed, a soil <br /> suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A review fee of$475.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> D. If hazardous material is generated, submit application for a hazardous waste generator permit <br /> to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> E. If hazardous material is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br />
