Frontage Road, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating <br /> proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must <br /> be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s)(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-11 05.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-systems) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability <br /> findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four,a yearly permit to operate a public water system will <br /> be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery <br /> of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section <br /> 116525 through 116570. <br /> s <br /> {'l D <br /> MH:cf <br />
