A. Appendix III-A and III-B of the California Fire Code. <br /> B. NFPA 1142 of the National Fire Code. <br /> (3) Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code <br /> and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building <br /> Code and the California Electrical Code. <br /> (4) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (5) Key Boxes: A knox box shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (6) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume 2, <br /> Standard 10-1. <br /> (7) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property. (C.F.0 105.2.1) <br /> (8) All undeveloped parcels or portions of undeveloped parcels which are created as a result of <br /> this planning application shall remain free of weeds, debris, or any other combustible <br /> vegetation such as abandoned orchards or vineyards throughout the year to the satisfaction <br /> of the Fire Jurisdiction Having Authority.
