Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use,indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s)(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required,and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition,show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on,or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title. Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal replacement area. C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). D. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year,or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570.
