Hwy 99, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $196.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> B. if hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> C. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must <br /> be obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, <br /> and comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> D. Submit of three (3) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for review and approval prior to beginning construction. A review fee of <br /> $784.00 is required at the time of submittal. <br /> Note: Per San Joaquin County, Section 9-1110.7, Prohibitive Discharge: Owners or those who <br /> maintain private on-site wastewater disposal facilities shall prohibit any of the following to flow or <br /> enter into a disposal system: <br /> (a) Automobile and Garage Waste. Waste water from automobile washing <br /> or garage floors; <br /> (b) Solvents and Toxics. Gasoline, cleaning solvents, paints, thinners, oils <br /> or greases other than normal residential kitchen wastes; <br /> (c) Solids. Cloth, rope metals, and solids of any kind; <br /> (d) Hazardous Wastes. Waste from hazardous materials. <br /> M11 ,l <br />
