South State Route 99 West Frontage Road, Stockton <br /> The Environmental Health Department has the follo,,ti-ing concerns on this pre-application that <br /> need to be addressed: <br /> A. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> B. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> D. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> E. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> F. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br />
