The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-13 <br /> prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 5) <br /> 32 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) <br /> 43 . (A $260. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a <br /> form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval.
