State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements <br /> cannot be modified. <br /> a. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1 1 10.4). <br /> b. if floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in the <br /> above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> d. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> e. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
