Hwy 99, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers or parishioners the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. The existing septic system was designed for a maximum of 4-5 employees. Should the <br /> proposed additional use exceed this number of employees, EHD will require the applicant to <br /> repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br />
