FRONTAGE ROAD (APN 179-171-321 (PA-0800016 (SAI The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the following comments: 1. The parking lot and all travel areas should be paved to prevent the tracking of dirt and debris onto public roadways. Further, any gate(s)should remain open during all hours of operation. The owner/applicant should also be aware of the following: 1. The site lies within the boundary of the South Stockton Community Facilities District 90-1 (Sewer District)and is not currently annexed. The property owner should be aware that as a condition of receiving future City of Stockton sewer service,the property owner must annex to the District (sign the CFD 90-1 MOU) and pay the District annexation fee (currently$12,838.30/acre based on the acreage as determined by the legal parcel size) prior to building permit issuance or connection to City sewer.
