State Route 99 East Frontage Road, Stockton APN: 179-171-32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Route 99 East Frontage Road has an existing right-of-way width of 46 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2.
