Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 6. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material <br /> from premises to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-2401. <br /> 7. Destruction of the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> 8. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental <br /> Health Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident <br /> individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and <br /> 9-1115.9. The Environmental Health Division recommends the caretaker water <br /> supply be provided by the facility public water system rather than by an <br /> individual well, or that this proposed well be used as a back-up source to the <br /> facility public water system through an interconnection. <br /> 9. If floor drains and/or a truck wash are utilized, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to a public sewer system. <br /> 10. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> 11. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification <br /> number and comply with applicable regulations. <br />
