The applicant shall prepare an operational analysis of traffic circulation at all entrances to the <br /> proposed facility from State Highway Route 99 Frontage Road,prior to approval of the <br /> application. The applicant shall contact the Department of Public Works to complete the <br /> operational analysis. An administrative fee shall be paid to the Department of Public Works for <br /> review of the study. <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $187.36 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The <br /> fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$569.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Service/Commercial in the Stockton area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of <br /> 7.66 percent. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this <br /> site was in operation on or after April 30, 1991.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development <br /> has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 8. A State National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES)Construction Notice of Intent <br /> (NOI)shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control Board if over one(1)acre of total <br /> ground is disturbed. <br /> NOTE: The hammerhead shall be designed as per County fire road standards. <br /> If STAA type vehicles will be used or parked on-site then the applicant shall apply for <br /> terminal access status for Highway Route 99 Frontage Road. <br /> No parking shall be allowed on State Highway 99 Frontage Road. <br /> Adequate site distance triangle to approaching vehicles be provided at driveway in <br /> accordance with Caltrans standards. <br /> DTP:DG:ar <br /> P-.\MMMEWf MYR M3TA-03W 76 doc <br />
