Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the <br /> maximum number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed <br /> 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a <br /> yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9- <br /> 1115.9.). <br /> Note <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior Registered Environmental <br /> Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be permitted <br /> as a public water system prior to final occupancy. <br />
