The facility has been permitted by this owner as a restaurant/bar with 21-50 seats since July 1, 1998. <br /> (1) November 10, 2004, The Environmental Health Department Housing Unit was requested to <br /> conduct a special inspection of this food facility. The facility was closed for several health and <br /> safety violations. <br /> (2) November 22,2004, the facility was allowed to re-open based on a satisfactory re-inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department staff. <br /> B. The facility has been permitted a small public water system (onsite well) in accordance with the <br /> California Health and Safety Code Regulations since the 1980s. <br /> (1) The recent chemical water quality of this water system is within the State Standards. <br /> (2) In 2002, 2003, and 2004, the operator/owner was cited for failure to sample this water system <br /> for bacteriological and chemical quality in accordance with the California Health and Safety <br /> Code requirements. <br /> (3) The facility is currently in compliance with monitoring for bacteria and chemical water quality <br /> monitoring. <br /> C. A mobile home, a washroom, and a shed were posted on May 16, 2001, for various housing <br /> (structure safety)violations by the Environmental Health Department staff. <br /> (1) The owner was taken to The Board of Housing Appeals on December 19,2001, for a timeline <br /> to correct the violations. <br /> (2) On January 24, 2004, the violations were corrected. <br /> D. The restaurant/bar, motel (units 1 —8), mobile home 41 and 42, and the washroom/spa were posted <br /> on November 2, 2004, for various violations by the Environmental Health Department staff. <br /> (1) An upcoming Board of Housing Appeal hearing is set for February 16, 2005,to hear testimony <br /> on the motel, 2 mobile homes, and the washroom/spa regarding correcting the various <br /> violations. <br /> (2) The Environmental Health Department understood that the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development, Building Department finaled building permits in late November 2004 for the <br /> restaurant/bar. <br /> -7-vs <br /> R <br />
