Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> E. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R.,Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> F. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> G. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> H. If Pressure washer/steam cleaning is utilized, a cement slab with floor drains are required, <br /> they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. A registered engineer must design this <br /> system. The material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. <br />
