Without sophisticated groundwater monitoring over a long period of time, it is unknown as to7thejl
exact groundwater depth at different times of the year, as well as the groundwater directional
flow. However, sufficient data has been collected to determine that the water table is currentl
an acceptable distance below grade for there to be adequate biological treatment, according to
published scientific literature.
Mounding effects under the leachfield should be of little concern since the saturated zone is
sufficiently deep. However, the leachfield and seepage pits must be protect from inundation
occurring from severe climactic stress.
Accurate "as-builts" of the septic system to be installed in the future must be supplied to the
Environmental Health Department and all applicable "distance" requirements must be strictly
adhered to.
V. LIMITATIONS
The findings, opinions and conclusions of this report are based upon information from standard
engineering and analytical test procedures, contemporary scientific literature and agency
consultations. Information in this report is deemed reliable by the sources from where it was
obtained. Results of the percolation testing should be assumed to only be representative of the
subsurface conditions encountered in the specific area of testing and not of the entire proposed
leachfield area.
Our report is based upon current scientific knowledge to assess factors which are extremely
variable and complex within the environment. Although there a several methods to design, size
and predict impact from a septic system, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division
Sewage Standards have been employed for these purposes, and for this project. Therefore, no
guarantee or warranty concerning any aspect of this investigation, is expressed or implied.
We appreciate the opportunity to provide this service for you. If you should have any questions
regarding to the information contained within lease contact the undersigned.
Respectfully submitted,
VALLEY Ag RE ARCH No. 04675 z
Expires:G'/•,oi •
Don Ches ey, R.E.A.
