A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit for each phase of the project. 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects for each phase of the project. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. 8. The building permits for all new structures and substantial improvements shall meet San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9 Chapter 9-1605)and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit issuance 9. A Central Valley Flood Protection Board Encroachment Permit shall be obtained prior to any work done on North Littleiohns Creek and within tbity(30)feet of the ton of its bank 10. The remaining construction phases of the proposed project shall follow best management practices to minimize the discharge and transport of pollutants per Title 5-Division 10(Storm Water Management and Discharge Control)of the County Code.
