The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.(Resolution R-00- <br /> 433) <br /> 4. The Regional Transportation impact Fee shall be required for each phase of this development The fee is due <br /> and payable at the One of building permit application The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time <br /> of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for each phase of this development. The <br /> fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit, The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January I of each year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent.The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 <br /> and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit for each phase of the <br /> project. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects for each phase of the project. Final Site Plan <br /> is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 8. The building permits for all new structures and substantial improvements shall meet San Joaquin County flood <br /> hazard reduction requirements(Title 9 Chapter 9-1605)and all requirements of the State of California(CCR <br /> Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit issuance <br /> 9. A Central Valley Flood Protection Board Encroachment Permit shall be obtained prior to any work done on <br /> North Littleiohns Creek and within tbity(30)feet of the ton of its bank <br /> 10. The remaining construction phases of the proposed project shall follow best management practices to minimize <br /> the discharge and transport of pollutants per Title 5-Division 10(Storm Water Management and Discharge <br /> Control)of the County Code. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.)
