Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects for each phase of the project. Final Site Plan <br /> is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 8. The building permits for all new structures and substantial improvements shall meet San Joaquin County flood <br /> hazard reduction requirements(Title 9 Chapter 9-1605)and all requirements of the State of California(CCR <br /> Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit issuance <br /> 9. A Central Valley Flood Protection Board Encroachment Permit shall be obtained prior to any work done on <br /> North Littleiohns Creek and within tbity(30)feet of the ton of its bank <br /> 10.
