Underground Tanks must be installed under permit and in- <br /> spection of the Health District. Operating permits will <br /> be required. <br /> 2 . Monitoring wells for above-ground fuel storage area must <br /> be installed under permit and inspection of the Health <br /> District. A work plan detailing well construction must be <br /> submitted prior to issuing permits . <br /> 3 . If the facility generates hazardous wastes , it will be <br /> subject to permit and inspection by the Health District <br /> and must comply with State and Federal laws and regulations . <br /> 4 .
