1 <br /> Thomas M. Gau -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-99-01 (REVISION) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee <br /> is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $616 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Manufacturing in the Stockton area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building <br /> permit. The fee currently is $159 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as <br /> Manufacturing. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year <br /> through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and <br /> R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to <br /> result in a thirty-two (32) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of South 99 <br /> Frontage Road to the property line across the parcel's frontage (A $225.00 fee <br /> currently is required for processing oer Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition <br /> to a copy of the Grant Deed). <br /> (City of Stockton) <br /> 7. The frontage improvements for South 99 Frontage Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 64-foot right-of-way City of <br /> Stockton Industrial Street. The construction of the frontage improvements will <br /> be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior <br /> to approval of the Improvement Plan. A $260.00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Develooment Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant <br /> Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall bg <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to <br /> be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval.
