Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> B. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Submit three (3) sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review prior to construction. The Environmental Health Division has specific <br /> requirements of kennel construction. A plan check fee of$156.00 at the time of submittal to <br /> the Environmental Health Division. <br /> E.
